Our recruiting process for consulting positions consists of the following steps:

1. CV

Application on the website – find the position you from the list of vacancies and send us your CV.

2. Excel test

Rigorous test on Excel skills (for Junior consultant and Consultant positions). The test is designed to check your basic Excel skills, such as knowledge of formulas (from sum/sumif to vlookup/index/match), tools for sorting and formatting data, pivot tables, etc.; no knowledge of VBA is necessary. Round one is offline and will take place in our office.

3. Interview

Case interviews with the manager/partner – the format is like that of Big 3 interviews and will consist of fit questions and business cases in both Russian and English.

This is a starting position in our company (equals to BA level at McKinsey or AC level at Bain). We are looking for fresh graduates and young professionals ready for intense schedules and fast professional growth.

– Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
– Proficiency in English (Upper Intermediate+)
– Passion for continuous development
– Russian speaker, located in Moscow
– Any experience in Oil & Gas is a plus

– Fluency in English (Upper Intermediate+)

– Russian speaker, located in Moscow
– Any experience in Oil & Gas is a plus
